First update!

I’m gonna be using the blog here on our website to post general work and content updates, basically just quick progress updates and occasional sneaky peeks like the one above! This image is one of the few I did for the project’s pitch deck as an example of the visual fingerprint we’re shooting for with our illustrations.

Most of what I’ve been doing in the last couple weeks has been the boring admin stuff rather than fun design work, but it’s been a ton of learning and really satisfying to see come together. Long-term, my plan is to run the Patreon as a Design Diary until I have a runway of 3 modules ready for release, then go live and switch to a more regular module release cadence of 2-3 months.

Progress:

    • [ADMIN/CONTENT] Set up Patreon and wrote first 3 updates.

    • Updates covered:

    • Specifics of what Dicey and The Kingdom™ are and early challenges presented by bringing eroge style gameplay to TTRPGs.

    • Establishing a clear vision of the eroge elements and tropes we want to bake into the DNA of our Lust Combat system.

    • Providing more detail on the Lust Combat system and how it will function, as well as establishing the baseline player-facing lore, then for GMs a walk-through of the early worldbuilding process I used to create the cosmology for The Kingdom™ that will act as the foundation of the larger story arcs in the setting, as well as inform some of our next worldbuilding steps.

    • [ADMIN] A lot of boring business admin stuff.

    • [CONTENT] Lust Combat and worldbuilding design for Module 1: DM Me!
